Welcome to Horizons Unlimited Scuba. By using our website, booking a trip, or purchasing services and products through us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General Use of Our Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings or purchases through our site.
- You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with its functionality.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit may be required to secure your spot on trips, classes, or any other service or product offered.
- Final payment deadlines will be clearly communicated. If payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund of deposits.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customer cancellations: Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation and the specific trip, class, or product policy. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
- Company cancellations: If we cancel a trip due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered options; however, for trips, we highly recommend your purchase travel insurance.
- We are not responsible for additional costs (flights, accommodations, etc.) outside of the services booked directly through Horizons Unlimited Scuba.
4. Assumption of Risk
- Scuba diving and related activities involve inherent risks, including injury or death. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks.
- You agree that you are medically fit to dive and will not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or while experiencing health issues that could impair your safety.
- Certified divers must dive within the limits of their training and certification.
5. Liability Waiver
- Participation in any scuba diving, training, or travel activity requires signing a liability release and medical waiver.
- Horizons Unlimited Scuba, its employees, instructors, and partners are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during participation in diving or related activities, except where prohibited by law.
6. Equipment Use
- Divers are responsible for checking and maintaining their own equipment.
- If renting equipment from us, you agree to use it properly and return it in the same condition (reasonable wear and tear accepted).
- Lost or damaged rental gear may result in repair or replacement charges.
7. Travel Services
- For trips involving flights, hotels, or third-party providers, Horizons Unlimited Scuba acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or performance of third-party vendors.
- Travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations) are the responsibility of the traveler.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, images, logos, videos) belongs to Horizons Unlimited Scuba unless otherwise stated. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without permission.
9. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Personal information provided to us will only be used for booking, communication, and marketing (if you opt in).
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to complete your booking.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, USA
- Any disputes must be handled in the courts of Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
- Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
